An n8n pipeline that scrapes job listings, then uses AI to tailor a resume for each one, builds a Google Doc from a template, and drafts the outreach email, end to end.
The live workflow in n8n, a job-hunting pipeline that tailors a resume per listing with AI.
Overview
A job-hunting automation built in n8n. It takes a search query, scrapes the matching listings, then loops through each job and uses an AI model to rewrite the resume for that specific role. For every job it copies a resume template, fills it as a Google Doc, and prepares the outreach email, so applying to dozens of roles becomes hands-off.
How it is built
- Trigger and query check. The workflow starts, validates the search query, and routes an invalid query to a notice so only good searches run.
- Scrape the jobs. It pulls all matching job listings from the source, then checks the results before moving on.
- Split and loop. The results are split out and the workflow loops over each job one at a time.
- AI resume tailoring. For each job it pulls the resume content and uses an OpenRouter chat model with a structured output parser to rewrite it for that role.
- Build the document. It searches Google Drive, copies a resume template, waits for Drive to settle, then updates the new Google Doc with the tailored content.
- Draft the outreach. A final branch creates the Gmail email and sends the job details, so each application is ready to go.

An n8n AI agent that handles Facebook Messenger chats. A webhook receives messages, Google Gemini generates replies with memory and a knowledge doc, and an HTTP request sends them back.

Overview
A conversational AI agent for Facebook Messenger, built in n8n. A webhook receives Facebook's messages, an AI Agent powered by Google Gemini reads a knowledge document and remembers the conversation to craft a reply, and an HTTP request sends it straight back to the user. The verification handshake Facebook requires is handled in the same workflow.
How it is built
- Webhook trigger (GET and POST). Facebook calls this endpoint, GET for the one-time verification and POST for every incoming message.
- If, verification check. On the verification call the If node routes to Respond to Webhook so Facebook can confirm the connection.
- Respond to Webhook. Returns exactly what Facebook expects to verify and acknowledge the webhook.
- Filter. On real messages, a filter keeps only the events worth replying to.
- Get a document. Pulls a Google Doc that holds the agent's knowledge and instructions.
- AI Agent, Google Gemini and memory. Generates the reply with the Google Gemini chat model, using Simple Memory for conversation context and a tool slot for actions.
- HTTP Request. Sends the generated reply back to the user on Facebook.

Asana Client Pipeline Automation
A Zapier automation driven by Asana that routes each lead into one of five pipeline stages and runs the right emails, files, and AI messages for that stage, from new lead to paid client.

Overview
A full client pipeline built in Zapier and driven by Asana. When a task moves stage, Paths by Zapier routes it into one of five branches, Ready to Start, No Response, Quoted, Approved, or Paid and Closed, and each branch runs exactly the right actions, from folders and subtasks to timed follow-up sequences and AI-personalized welcome and recommendation emails. One Zap covers the whole journey from new lead to paid client.
How it is built
- Asana trigger. The Zap fires when a task is updated in Asana, carrying the lead's current stage.
- Split into paths. Paths by Zapier routes the task into one of five branches based on that stage.
- Ready to Start. Creates a Google Drive leads folder and an Asana subtask to kick off the work.
- No Response and Quoted. Sends a follow-up email, waits with a delay, finds the reply, and a filter decides whether to send a second follow-up, one sequence for general leads and one for quotes.
- Approved. Pulls the PDF from Google Drive, writes a personalized welcome message with AI by Zapier, and sends the welcome email.
- Paid and Closed. Generates an AI personalized message and sends a recommendation email to close the loop.

Overview
A Make scenario that turns a finished Asana task into a fully reconciled Xero export. It pulls the transactions, logs every line to Google Sheets, then rolls them into a single CSV and files it back on the original Asana task, with no manual copy-paste at any step.
Scenario breakdown
- Asana, Watch Completed Tasks. The scenario triggers the moment a task is marked complete.
- Xero, Make an API Call. Pulls the account transactions tied to that task straight from Xero.
- Router. Splits the flow into two paths that run from the same data.
- Path 1, Iterator to Google Sheets (Add a Row). Loops through each transaction and writes it as its own row.
- Path 2, Sleep to Get Range Values to Text Aggregator. Waits for the rows to settle, reads the range back, and aggregates it into one CSV body.
- Asana, Upload an Attachment. Files the finished CSV back onto the original Asana task.
- Google Sheets, Clear Values from a Range. Wipes the working range so the next run starts clean.

An inbox-to-Drive pipeline that reads every incoming attachment, lets Google Gemini AI decide what it is and rename it sensibly, files it in the right Drive folder, and keeps a running log, so attachments never pile up unsorted again.
Scenario breakdown
- Gmail, Watch Emails. Fires on each new incoming email.
- Gmail, List Email Attachments and Media. Pulls every attachment off that email.
- Google Gemini AI, Upload File to Analyze. Sends each file to Gemini to read what it actually contains.

Overview
A production GoHighLevel workflow that runs the entire EZMLO loan journey end to end. A single enrollment trigger sets the contact up, then the automation fans out into the six stages of the loan, each running its own sequence of borrower and team touchpoints, all inside GHL's workflow builder.
How it is built
- Enrollment trigger. One trigger at the top starts the workflow and tags the contact so every later step can track where they are.
- Six stage tracks. The flow branches into six parallel columns, one per stage of the loan, so each contact follows the right path for their point in the journey.
- Sequenced outreach. Each track is a top-to-bottom run of automated emails and SMS, spaced by wait timers so every touch lands at the right moment.
- If/else conditions. Condition nodes along the way route each contact by their status and response, so nobody receives the wrong message.
- Pipeline and field updates. Steps update the opportunity stage and contact fields as the loan moves, keeping the CRM in sync automatically.
- Sub-branches and clean exits. Several stages split again into sub-paths with their own end points to handle edge cases and exit contacts cleanly.

Overview
When a lead replies saying which package they want, this workflow routes them automatically. It reads the message, matches it to Package A, B or C, tags the intent, sends that package's details and payment information, and alerts the team, with no one manually reading and sorting replies. A fallback path catches any reply that does not match a package.
How it is built
- Trigger, Customer Replied (Packages A/B/C). The workflow starts the moment a lead replies to the package message.
- Condition, I Want To Avail Package. A branch node checks the reply and routes it into one of four paths.
- Package A path. If the reply is "I want to avail package A": add the intent tag, email Package A details and payment, then send an internal team notification.
- Package B path. Same sequence for Package B: tag intent, email Package B details and payment, notify the team.
- Package C path. Same sequence for Package C.
- None path. When the reply matches no package, it tags the lead as not following instruction and emails them accordingly.

When someone comments on a Facebook post, this workflow engages them automatically. It replies to the comment in public, then opens a private Messenger conversation to keep the lead moving, with no one watching the page in real time. A timeout path handles commenters who do not reply.
How it is built
- Trigger, Facebook Comment(s). Fires when a new comment lands on the page, filtered to the Allan Tech VA page and the right post type so only the intended posts trigger it.
- Respond On Comment. Posts an automatic public reply to the comment, so every commenter gets an instant response.
- Facebook Interactive Messenger. Opens a private Messenger conversation with the commenter to continue one to one.
- Default Timeout. If the commenter does not reply within the set window, the timeout path takes over so the workflow never hangs.
